The University of Manitoba Panhellenic Executive are comprised of representatives from each NPC group at the U of M. Positions are rotated each year for equal opportunity for leadership.

U of M Panhellenic are in charge of planning and executing Formal Recruitment in September, plus the filing of any informal recruitment bids offered by the member groups throughout the year. U of M Panhellenic also hosts speaker events and philanthropy events throughout the year as well.
